At Identity Dentistry, We are dedicated to providing high-quality dental care in a warm and welcoming environment. We believe that a positive patient experience begins with our front desk team, and we are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our growing practice.
One position available:
Full-time - Dental Receptionist (9 days/ fortnight, no weekend)
About the role-
Patient Greeting: Welcome patients with a warm, friendly demeanour, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued as they walk through the door.
Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage the appointment schedule, confirming and scheduling patient appointments, and coordinating with the clinical team.
Patient Check-In/Check-Out: Check in patients, verify insurance information, and process check-outs, including handling billing and payments.
Phone and Email Communication: This position handles incoming phone calls and emails, answers patient inquiries, and provides exceptional customer service.
Patient Records: Maintain accurate patient records, including updating personal and insurance information.
Office Organisation: Keep the front desk area organised and presentable, ensuring a professional and inviting environment.
Team Support: Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient, seamless patient flow and help wherever needed.
Stock Management: Compile the stock ordering list and place orders every month
Clinical work: Chair-side assisting the dentist with various dental treatments when needed
Sterilisation: Process and decontaminate clinical instruments and the environment when needed.
About you:
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to learn attitudes
* Be responsible, think outside the box, and create initiatives
* A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
* We welcome your constructive feedback and suggestions.
* Ability to work alone as well as being a team player
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in Dental 4 Window but not essential.
