About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join our palliative care team. In this specialist role, you will provide advanced, person‑centred care to people living with a life‑limiting illness, supporting them and their families through complex and often challenging experiences.
The CNS will play a key role in shaping and leading specialist clinical practice, ensuring high‑quality, evidence‑based care across inpatient settings, home visits, and residential aged‑care environments.
This position requires strong clinical expertise in palliative care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You will make a meaningful difference every day, enhancing comfort, dignity, and quality of life for individuals and rural communities.
We have a part time position in Bathurst, full-time position in Mudgee and multiple positions in Orange all permanent. Please ensure you highlight your preference within your application.
