The Head of Electrical Solutions will lead and oversee the development, implementation, and optimisation of electrical systems within the renewable energy sector. This role is based in Sydney and requires a strategic thinker with expertise in PV system design across the DC balance of systems.

Description
* Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of electrical systems.
* Own the product design and architecture for the company solution, ensuring effectiveness, performance and regulatory compliance.
* Lead the development of the DC balance of System solutions for larger scale solutions, including both the electrical and mechanical elements.
* Own the development from end to end for the company's current solution and next generation of products, including BESS, data centres etc
Profile
A successful Head of Electrical Solutions should have:
* A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Proven expertise in the renewable energy market, with PV system design from the C&I market preferred.
* Strong leadership background in your career, from a people, client and product perspective.
* Strong knowledge of DC Balancing of systems.
* Frist principles engineering mindset.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
* A results-driven mindset with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
