Job Title: Claims Service Consultant (TAS)
We are seeking Expressions of Interest for Claims Service Consultants & Senior Claims Service Consultants - TAS.

- Manage a national portfolio of claims and handle high volume inbound/outbound calls.
- Provide excellent customer service in a timely manner.
- Maintain positive relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Understand and adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
About You:
- High level of customer service experience, preferably in a claims environment.
- Insurance knowledge/background is highly desirable.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confidence to learn new systems and software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player attitude with a focus on supporting others.
