Help us keep customers stoked long after handover. You'll own the warranty & aftercare journey for Australia's most dialled-in American truck builds—triaging issues, coordinating fixes, and closing the loop with suppliers and our workshop.

What You'll Do
* Be the first point of contact for warranty/aftercare requests; log, triage and schedule rectifications.
* Coordinate technicians, parts and suppliers; manage back-charges/credits.
* Keep customers in the loop with clear timelines and updates.
* Track first-time-fix, time-to-close and cost; publish trend reports and feed improvements to R&D/Workshop.
* Run 30/90/180-day post-handover check-ins and maintain accurate records (photos, findings, sign-offs).

What You'll Bring
* 3–5+ years in warranty/after sales/service coordination & management (automotive/mechanical preferred).
* Working knowledge of Australian Consumer Law and warranty principles.
* Confident with ERP/CRM and tidy documentation habits.
* Calm, factual communicator who can be empathetic with customers and firm with suppliers.

* 4x4 or accessories/fit-out experience, or light mechanical/electrical knowledge.
* Basic data/BI skills for trend reporting.
