After significant growth and a VERY recent move into our brand new Office and Warehouse space, we are seeking a dynamic and proactive Office Manager to join our vibrant team.
The Role
As Office Manager you will be the heartbeat and constant presence in our new Office and Warehouse space in Somerton Park, Adelaide. This is a diverse office and warehouse "all rounder" role, that requires exceptional organisation, time management and initiative across multiple departments.
You will manage the day-to-day operations of our Office space, including championing a positive office culture by maintaining a welcoming and inclusive workplace.
You will be the voice of our brand for all incoming Customer Enquiries, answering customer emails from our passionate and loyal brand enthusiasts.
You will also keep our online store running smoothly, shipping customer orders and managing stock levels of both our Beverages and our Merchandise.
This role reports to the Head of Operations and is full time, 100% office based in Adelaide.
Core Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day Office operations, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, manage office equipment and oversee the cleanliness and general upkeep of the office
* Assist with staff onboarding – coordinate equipment, uniforms and trade marketing support items
* Generate and maintain regular operational and administrative reports
* Support event organisation, including team functions and on and offsite activities
* Provide prompt and personable responses to incoming customer service emails, with tone and personality that matches our brand
* Process and oversee online orders to ensure a seamless customer experience, using Shopify and Shippit to guide picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
* Liaise with freight carriers and arrange regular collection of online orders
* Manage warehouse and online stock levels to ensure availability and accuracy
* Manage the receival, storage, and distribution of incoming goods

* You're reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
* You value teamwork, but you're confident working independently with minimal supervision
* You have demonstrated initiative, organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
* You have a positive attitude and a team-first approach
* You have a high level of professionalism in writing, coupled with strong competency in the English language, including grammar and punctuation
* Strong computer skills — Microsoft Office and general business systems
* You are physically fit and able to lift up to 15kgs
* Previous experience in an office, administration, warehouse, logistics, or retail environment
