**The Position**
We are looking for an experienced **Catering Assistant** to join our team at** SAAB, Mawson Lakes!**
- Food preparation such as making salads and sandwiches
- Maintaining the service area to high standards
- Provision of excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- Cleaning duties in kitchen and service areas
- Receive and deliver stock as well as cash handling
- Showcase excellent time management skills
**The Person**
- Previous Catering Assistant experience preferable
- Basic knife skills
- Knowledge of micros POS system would be beneficial
- Be reliable, well-organised and full of passion for what you do
- Outgoing personality with outstanding communication skills
- Great work ethic with flexibility and willingness to multi task
- To be considered you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with the booster dose, hold a national police check and be willing to obtain the annual Influenza vaccination._
