We are a full-service digital agency, offering clients everything from maintenance to custom ecommerce B2C/B2B websites, complex integrations and digital transformation solutions.
Your main responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Facilitate the end-to-end delivery of digital projects on scope, cost and schedule
- Work alongside a dynamic group of individuals to produce actual, impactful results for our clients
- Maintain excellent relationships with key client stakeholders
- Look for opportunities to grow assigned accounts
- Be a catalyst to ensure every team member is performing to their utmost potential
Essential Requirements:
- 3-4 years working in Digital Project Manager or similar role, preferably at a digital agency
- Strong digital project delivery experience across different digital platforms like BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Shopify Plus, etc.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce and customer-facing digital platforms
- Strong communication & presentation skills; and ability to influence outcomes
- Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous projects of all sizes and complexity
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
