Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with local and global regulatory requirements.
* Maintain, implement, and continuously improve the local Quality Management System (QMS).
* Act as the Responsible Person (RP) for Good Distribution Practice (GDP), GMP compliance, and Importer/Wholesaler licensing.
* Manage product complaints, import product batch release, product recalls, and quality investigations in collaboration with health authorities and business partners.
* Evaluate, audit, and qualify third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance and risk management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, or Life Sciences.
* Strong experience in Quality Assurance.
* Knowledge of regulated products across cosmetics, prescription, OTC, and medical devices.
* Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Resilient, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
