You will have the opportunity through the two year Graduate Program to work across several of our Departments with three eight month rotations.
The first rotation will be in the Human Resources (People and Culture) Department. You will play a key role during this rotation by assisting the team with:
* recruitment strategies; and end to end recruitment including attracting, screening, interviewing, engaging and on-boarding;
* assisting with learning and development opportunities, and wellbeing initiatives;
* crewing operations through our scheduling and rostering system;
* coordinating technical and administrative human resources support, and ensuring compliance;
* reviewing and updating policies and procedures;
* collaborating with other leaders to drive inclusion, engagement and connection; and
* championing workplace culture.
