Senior Estimator Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator to join our Building Business Unit in Western Australia. The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Construction Management and extensive experience in the Australian building industry.
Key responsibilities include preparing competitive tenders, collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative solutions, and providing technical leadership within the business unit.
A key aspect of this role is fostering strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including project managers, quantity surveyors, and site managers. This involves ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
To be successful in this role you will require excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must also be able to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights that inform business decisions.
