Radiation Therapist – Oncology Centre (Frenchs Forest)
We are looking for a Radiation Therapist for a 15‐month contract at our Oncology Centre in Frenchs Forest. The role offers full‐time hours over a 4‐day week within a Monday‐Friday schedule. This position allows increased flexibility and a better work‐life balance while delivering high‐quality radiotherapy services to patients.
Key Responsibilities
* Personally undertake radiation therapy planning and treatment responsibilities and associated duties.
* Promote and contribute to an effective multidisciplinary team at the Centre and across the practice.
* Responsible for the correct administration of all radiation therapy processes and procedures.
* Ensure that all administration and documentation requirements are initiated and completed in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy.
* Current AHPRA registration as a Radiation Therapist.
* Current Australian Radiation Use Licence (state‐specific requirements apply).
* Demonstrated technical competence across all areas of radiotherapy, including treatment delivery and planning.
* Strong knowledge of contemporary radiotherapy techniques and modalities.
* A strong commitment to patient‐centred, high‐quality care.
* The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
* A dedication to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
* Well‐developed communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
