An Assistant Restaurant Manager oversees all Food and Beverage operations, including Restaurants, Bars, Café, Room Service, Conference and Banqueting, and Kitchens to ensure high standards of quality and service.
Responsibilities
* Manage the food and beverage service to meet high standards as defined by the hotel and Hilton brand standards.
* Control customer flow and facilitate interaction between front and back-of-house during service.
* Maximize all sales opportunities by Team Members.
* Maintain brand standards and high customer service levels.
* Handle customer inquiries professionally.
* Manage transactions accurately during service.
* Oversee Team Member schedules, stock, and wastage levels.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have experience in organizing food and beverage services across various outlets, supervisory experience, flexibility in work situations, and a passion for developing a successful team.
