In this role, you will focus on the accurate recording, assessment, and management of risk-related incidents across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with Fund policies and SIS compliance requirements. Duration: 6 months Location: Melbourne or Sydney (remote work option is available). Key Responsibilities: In conjunction with other team members, ensure incidents are appropriately recorded in system and allocated to business owners to manage. Completion of Enterprise and Material Risk Fields. Completion of impact analysis. Engage with key stakeholders to ensure timely management of incidents where required. Work with stakeholders internally and with key vendors to improve details and information provided for incidents. Ensure 3rd party providers are providing the agreed information in incident content. Must be clearly understood and effectively actioned. Support the business units and work with Group Risk Incident Manager in actioning tasks that relate to both potential and actual reportable matters. Essential Experience & Skills: Proven experience in incident and remediation analysis, preferably in the superannuation and/or insurance claims domain. Deep understanding of superannuation industry processes, especially insurance within super funds. Solid working knowledge of SIS Act and SIS Regulations relevant to member remediation and incident handling.
