We are seeking a skilled Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description:

* Tender Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating comprehensive tender responses, ensuring alignment with Requests For Tender (RFTs) and delivery methodologies.
* Content & Brand Development: You will create compelling content for tenders and manage the tender library to ensure consistent brand alignment.
* Digital & Social Media Engagement: The role involves maintaining and updating company websites and creating engaging written and graphical content for social media platforms.
* Marketing Collateral Production: You will design impactful infographics, capability brochures, and information flyers for business needs.
* Quality & Publication Oversight: The successful candidate will conduct peer reviews of content for accuracy and consistency and coordinate internal company publications.

Requirements:

* Experience: 3-5 years in a similar tendering/marketing coordination role with research and content application skills.
* Communication & Proofreading: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong proofreading abilities.
* Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent graphic design software.
* Time Management & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and maintain attention to detail while working under pressure.
* Teamwork & Process-Oriented: Proven teamwork and communication skills, coupled with a process-focused approach to tasks.
