Receptionist / Office Manager
McMullen Lawyers is a long standing firm operating from offices in Rosny Park. We provide a high quality service to private and small business clients in the areas of:
* Property conveyancing including subdivision and property transfers
* Business transactions including leases
* Estate planning
* Deceased estates / estate planning
We are seeking an experienced, efficient and enthusiastic full time receptionist / office manager to join our team. This person will combine an exceptional front-desk client service whilst acting as the hub of office operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Ability to manage office supplies, co-ordinate services and handle administrative and HR tasks
2. Ability to work without supervision
3. Provide professional and warm interactions with visitors whilst maintaining
confidentiality regarding sensitive information
4. Ability to juggle urgent calls, walk-in clients and clerical duties whilst maintaining
composure
5. Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and staff to ensure smooth office
functioning
6. Driver's licence and motor vehicle desired
