The Role
This is a Permanent Full-Time position (Monday to Friday) focused on delivering high-level care and creating a vibrant \"home\" atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement social, emotional, and spiritual fulfillment programs.
* Coordinate diverse group activities both on-site and in the local community.
* Set and track personalized lifestyle goals for residents.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary support team to ensure holistic resident care.
Requirements
* Qualification: Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent).
* Soft Skills: A genuine \"people person\" with a passion for building relationships.
