We are looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team, to lead operations across our Main Dining Room and Shi Hui Shi, our premium Cantonese restaurant. This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about people, service excellence, and creating memorable dining experiences.
What you'll bring: Proven experience managing high-end or fast-paced restaurants. Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
A love for hospitality, teamwork, and genuine guest connection. Diploma level hospitality qualification and at least 12 months of work experience What you'll enjoy:
