This autonomous role reports directly to the Director and offers flexibility with remote work, balanced by in-office collaboration and travel for meetings, events, or client engagements. Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize websites for two entities, focusing on user experience, SEO, and performance.
* Curate and create engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, collaborating with video editors for compelling visuals.
* Set up, manage, and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to deliver targeted, high-ROI advertising.
* Oversee Google Business Profiles for both entities, including updates, review management, and local search optimization.
* Develop and launch high-converting landing pages tailored for ad funnels and user engagement.
* Create recruitment content to attract top talent, as well as sales-driven content to boost conversions and client acquisition.
* Utilize data analytics to guide content creation, post scheduling, and strategy refinements for maximum performance.
* Collaborate with employees, clients, and industry bodies to generate innovative campaign ideas.
* Track and report on digital metrics, continuously iterating for optimal results.
Required Skills and Experience
* Expertise in Google AdWords, including campaign setup, keyword research, and A/B testing.
* Proven skills in social media curation, content creation (including recruitment and sales-driven content), and working with video editors.
* Proficiency in webpage development and optimization (e.g., HTML/CSS, WordPress, SEO tools).
* Experience with Google Business Profiles, local SEO, and review handling.
* Track record of building high-performing landing pages and ad assets.
* Strong data-driven approach using tools like Google Analytics and social insights.
* Excellent communication for networking with teams, clients, and industry groups.
* High energy, passion for innovation, and ability to generate bold ideas.
* At least 3+ years in digital marketing; multi-brand/entity experience preferred.
* Self-motivated for an autonomous role with remote flexibility.
