Project Managers - We're hiring on behalf of a leading Newbuild Head contractor known for consistently delivering high-quality commercial, industrial, sporting facilities, retail and infrastructure projects valued up to $70 million. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager or Senior PM to take the lead on high-value builds. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Scheduling – Define scope, methodology, and sequencing with clients and teams. Develop and manage detailed construction programs and procurement timelines. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement – Lead site teams, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants. Maintain strong working relationships with clients, councils, and key authorities. Quality & Safety Oversight – Uphold QA/QC standards and enforce strict WHS compliance, especially in high-risk and industrial environments. Commercial & Contract Management – Control project budgets, variations, claims, and subcontractor agreements to deliver strong commercial outcomes. Risk & Issue Management – Proactively identify risks and implement strategies to prevent delays or cost blowouts. Compliance – Ensure all work aligns with Australian Standards, engineering specs, and relevant regulations. What You’ll Need: Degree in Construction Management or related field 6 years of proven experience delivering commercial and/or industrial projects in the $10M range Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders Proficiency in Procore, Aconex, or similar construction management platforms Deep understanding of WHS legislation and current construction methodologies Why Apply?
