Fortnightly Payroll Manager Role
As a Fortnightly Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process, handling high-volume data, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience in managing payroll processes from start to finish. You will serve as the primary contact for payroll queries and have excellent problem-solving skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the fortnightly payroll process, including processing payrolls, preparing payslips, and reconciling accounts
* Handle high-volume data, including accurate and efficient data entry and record-keeping
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including superannuation, taxation, and employment law
* Serve as the primary contact for payroll queries, providing expert advice and support to employees and management
Requirements:
* Degree in Business Administration or related field
* Proven experience in payroll management, preferably in a retail or similar environment
* Strong Excel skills, with ability to create complex spreadsheets and reports
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
