Global Supply Chain Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating assigned projects and implementing effective work processes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing export logistics for projects and regular shipments by road, air, sea, or other modes.
* Completing EDNs and PRAs for FCL and BBLK cargo.
* Issuing BOLs.
* Liaising with the Shipping Team and Cargo Superintendents to ensure smooth movement of BBLK cargo.
* Arranging domestic cartage for Key Account stock cargo.
* Booking and collecting FCL cargo.
* Collecting and delivering BBLK cargo to the Port of Brisbane.
* Sending pre-alerts to Destination clients.
* Posting transport supplier invoices.
* Invoicing out domestic cartage and compiling claims.
* Assisting the team with additional scope of work as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
Successful candidates will possess:
* A Diploma, First Degree, or relevant experience.
* Project Coordinator experience.
* 5+ years of International Logistics experience.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* A complete understanding of organizational values.
* English proficiency - CEFR Level 5.
* Intermediate IT skills - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Honesty, Integrity, and Reliability.
* Highly developed Delegation and Empowerment capabilities.
* Proven decision-making abilities.
* Ability to represent the organization at all levels and build strong client and customer relationships.
