A leading, large-scale organisation is seeking an experienced Financial Performance & Analytics professional to join a high-performing finance team focused on insight, modelling and commercial decision support.
This is a long-term contract running through until April 2027, best suited to someone who can start at short notice.
The Role
This role sits within a specialist FP&A function that partners closely with stakeholders to deliver meaningful financial analysis, models and value‑adding insights that influence enterprise-wide outcomes.
Duties Include
* Acting as a trusted finance business partner, providing analytical insight and decision support to internal stakeholders
* Building, maintaining and enhancing financial and data models to support forecasting, scenario analysis and business initiatives
* Delivering value‑add analysis across revenue, fees and performance metrics to support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles
* Supporting end‑to‑end financial modelling governance, ensuring accuracy, transparency and audit readiness
* Reviewing data integrity and processes to ensure outputs are fit‑for‑purpose and reliable
* Identifying and implementing improvements to financial models, analytics and reporting processes
* Collaborating with finance, technology and operations teams to improve data quality and commercial outcomes
About You
* Ideally tertiary qualified in finance or accounting
* Multiple years' experience in FP&A, financial analytics, modelling or commercial finance
* Strong background in financial modelling, scenario analysis and finance business partnering
* Advanced Excel capability, with exposure to BI and data tools (e.g., Power Query / Power BI or similar)
* Comfortable working with large data sets and complex financial systems (ERP / planning tools)
* Confident communicator who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and translating numbers into insights
* Naturally curious, analytical and motivated by continuous improvement
