Senior People and Culture Advisor
The role of Senior People and Culture Advisor is a crucial position within an organization, requiring a strong understanding of people capability development and the ability to lead and manage strategic workforce initiatives.
This senior-level position involves developing and integrating people capability frameworks, working with stakeholders to identify needs, develop capabilities, and job profiles. The advisor will also be responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning experiences for staff, providing expert instructional design advice to build capability across the organization.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior People and Culture Advisor will coordinate and facilitate internal and external learning solutions to support staff development. This may involve managing the implementation of new systems and processes, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of learning solutions.
To be successful in this role, candidates must have demonstrated experience in people capability development, intermediate research and analysis capabilities, intermediate project management capabilities, advanced written and verbal communication capabilities, and advanced data management and analysis capabilities.
Candidates must also possess expertise in applying adult learning principles and formal instructional design methodologies to the development of learning programs. They should have high-level written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders.
This is a full-time role that requires the ability to travel interstate and intrastate as required. Candidates must hold Australian citizenship and successfully complete a national police check to be considered for appointment.
