Part Time Studio Operations Specialist – Coffs Harbour, NSW (Australia)
Pronto Pilates is an emerging fitness brand with new studios opening nationally.
Responsibilities
* Cleaning, adjusting, and maintaining exercise equipment
* Maintaining studio comfort and ambience by monitoring lighting, temperature and odours (with air freshening methods)
* Managing stock and coordinating deliveries
* Monitoring and troubleshooting the robot vacuum/mop
* Coordinating with contractors and suppliers for occasional studio maintenance needs
* On call to address occasional urgent cleaning and maintenance needs
* Proactive engagement with members to ensure enjoyment of studio and regular classes
* Connecting with local businesses to promote Pronto Pilates
* Reporting to the Studio Success Manager on essential studio statistics
Qualifications & Requirements
* Meticulousness about cleanliness and order
* Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively
* Self‐managing and initiative‐driven to serve members well
* Proven reliability in administrative or supervisory roles
* Confidence to connect with members and local businesses
* Applicants who are investors in Pronto Pilates, or who are a friend or relative of any investor, are not eligible to apply
Employment Details
This is a part‐time, 6–10 hours per week contractor role with nominal hours Monday through Sunday. Four scheduled shifts per week (Mon, Wed, Fri and one chosen weekend day) are required. Working hours must be outside of member peak hours (5:15–9:00 am and 4:30–7:30 pm). Call‐outs, events and local area networking may be requested. Compensation ranges from $30–$40 per hour (plus incentives) depending on experience.
