This temporary position is based in our office and requires you to live locally and travel daily. You will learn various processes and systems, utilise collaboration tools and process transactions accordingly for internal/external customers.
About You
* Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in a customer-centric service organisation is essential.
* Adaptability, learning and implementing new processes and procedures are key qualities we're looking for.
* Take ownership of the customer experience by building rapport, understanding requirements and delivering outstanding service from first contact.
* Experience using multiple computer-based systems with ease is crucial.
