Commercial Cleaner Highlands – Stockland Retirement Village
Role will begin on a casual/occasional basis with more regular hours subject to change when community centre is fully operational. The centre includes a community hub with multiple shared spaces: an eating area, bar, pool, gym, library, recreational areas, and public toilets. These areas require regular cleaning and upkeep for residents and visitors when it is fully operational.
The role will also include: routine office cleaning and regular cleaning of display homes.
$30 per hour
Paid Training is provided.
Tasks will include:
* Mopping all hard floor areas/pool, meal and gym areas
* Vacuuming all carpeted areas
* Toilet cleaning
* Replenishing of hand towels, toilet paper, and soap
* Sanitizing and wiping of all surfaces
* Kitchen cleaning
* Dusting
* Cobwebbing
* Removal of rubbish
* Sanitizing high touch points
Eligibility criteria to apply
* Eligibility to work in Australia (working/ student visas)
* Must be an ABN holder
* Driver's license is preferable
* Experience in commercial cleaning services preferable
* Police check or willingness to provide one
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience or knowledge of use of mechanical mop/scrubber or willingness to learn
