We're seeking a motivated and qualified industry expert to deliver and assess the following courses:
* FNS50322 Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management
* FNS40821 Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
* FNS60920 Advanced Diploma of Paraplanning
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality training and support to students in a flexible, self‐paced environment (via phone, email, Teams, and online sessions)
* Assess student work and deliver constructive feedback in line with compliance requirements
* Contribute to course updates, validation, and quality assurance processes
* Maintain professional development and uphold compliance with RTO and VET regulatory standards
About You:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or successor)
* Current industry experience in finance and mortgage broking
* Strong communication and online facilitation skillsHigh attention to detail and computer literacy (Salesforce, LMS, MS Office)
