We are currently building a compassionate and reliable team ofHome Care Workersto support our growing number of clients in Yamba, Iluka, and surrounding areas. Our clients live independently in their own homes, and we are seeking individuals who can provide respectful and attentive in-home support that helps them maintain their independence and quality of life.
About the Role:
You'll be working closely with older Australians, providing essential care and companionship. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a real difference—while working locally in your community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Domestic assistance (housekeeping, errands)
- Meal preparation and medication prompts
- Social support and companionship
- Transporting clients to appointments or social activities
Choose a Schedule That Suits You:
- Day shifts, Monday to Friday
- Paid per kilometre between clients
What We're Looking For:
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or Nursing OR relevant industry experience
- Current Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Open Driver's Licence
- Own car with comprehensive insurance
- 100 points of ID
