Your Role
St Brigid's Catholic Primary School, Emerald is seeking a vibrant, efficient, and energetic person for the position of Administration Secretary.
This is a term-time contract position for 38 hpw to commence 19 January 2026 until 4 December 2026.
The Administration Secretary is a key role in our school office, providing exceptional customer service to new and existing families as well as supporting students, staff and the school leadership team in a variety of ways.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, good attention to detail and effective organisational and technological capabilities are pre-requisites of the successful applicant.
The Administration Secretary will provide a variety of secretarial and administrative support which enables the maintenance of efficient administration systems which serve the educational function of the school.
About you
The successful applicant will have an understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic education.
In addition, you will have excellent time management skills, well developed interpersonal skills and a high proficiency of computer skills.
Experience with a student management system, such as TASS would be advantageous.

Mandatory Requirements
A current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (WWC Act) and valid Suitability Notice is a requirement of the position.
