They work with key agencies and departments with telecommunications spend from $35K to $2M.

**THE ROLE**:
Account Manager or sales across their portfolio of Government Clients in Canberra. This role will develop and win new business for the organisation & support through to delivery of the solutions. Providing key customer support and satisfaction.

Success is measured through billed revenue, profitability of the revenue, customer satisfaction, customer impact, reputation, engagement and the ability to influence/lead senior executives.

This is a key position where they are looking for someone to step up into sales & grow with the organisation and their clients long term.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Generate new sales leads to pursue
- Maintain high activity levels to generate opportunities & achieve targets
- Be the main point of contact for all issues/escalations
- Balance internal/external demands for reporting, account management & sales
- Transition Management & service delivery to ensure speedy revenue turn over
- Time demands of customers balanced with internal expectations
- Work with key internal & external contacts to communicate commitments and deadlines

**QUALITIES**
- Passion for growth & winning deals
- Focussed on building partnerships and alliances
- Wanting to grow long term relationships and build out accounts

**SKILLS**
- Australian Citizen - able to gain clearance
- 5 + years' experience in corporate business environments - sales, customer service, technical, marketing, or financial roles
- 5 + years business to business sales market
- Consultative approach to sales with ability to sell technical products and complex business solutions
- Telecommunications, IT or Government experience is desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with senior executives
