Key Account Growth Specialist
Job Description:
As a Key Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing your territory and managing a broad customer base in the Gladstone region, QLD. Your main objectives include:
* Driving sales revenue and margin targets within allocated territory/sector.
* Boosting growth of existing accounts through strategic planning and execution.
* Acting as a trusted advisor to allocated customers by ensuring service expectations are met and managing disputes/queries in a timely manner.
* Developing and maintaining customer relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
* Providing sales forecasts based on knowledge of territory and market conditions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of account management, ideally within industrial sales, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills to interact effectively with all areas of the business. Experience in field sales is preferred.
