The Role
We are seeking to engage a full-time HR (Human Resource) and Compliance Manager to ensure HR and compliance processes are seamlessly managed within our business.
Working closely with our management team, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR and compliance duties that contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Staff recruitment, onboarding, inductions and training for both drivers and administrative staff
* Creation and implementation of policies, procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain employee files, contracts, and certifications
* Organise staff medicals and external training opportunities
* Assist management with complaints, grievances, and performance management
* Development and management of Standard Operating Procedures, SWMS, safety enforcement and chain of responsibility education
* Assist in maintaining and overseeing compliance with NHVR and CoR requirements
* Adhoc payroll processing
* Creation of rosters
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in a HR and compliance role is essential
* Experience with Fatigue Management and Mass Management
* Experience with HACCP
* Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
* Attention to detail and the ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks
Renumeration negotiable for the right candidate.
