Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Strata Manager based in Tweed Heads, NSW. The Strata Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of strata titled properties, including coordinating maintenance, managing budgets, and facilitating communication between property owners, tenants, and external contractors. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, attending meetings, and addressing any issues that arise within the community.

Qualifications
* Strata Managing Agents License - Class 1 or Class 2
* Certifications in Strata Management or related qualifications
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements
* Experience in property management, strata management, or related field
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft suite and strata management software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
