We are seeking a skilled Regional Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the operational connector for the APAC region, translating strategy into execution and ensuring seamless coordination between regional marketing teams and global partners.

This is a high-profile opportunity to lead the development and implementation of marketing programs across the APAC region. You will oversee how marketing initiatives are planned, resourced, and delivered, ensuring that our regional marketing operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning & Governance: Own and maintain the single source of truth for the APAC marketing roadmap, sequencing, and budgets.
* Capacity & Resourcing Alignment: Translate approved budgets into resource and capacity plans.
* Process Improvement: Champion standardized ways of working across marketing teams, ensuring consistent use of tools like Asana and Confluence to track, manage, and report on work.
* Change Management & Continuous Improvement: Onboard new teams to our marketing delivery model, measure adoption, and drive ongoing refinements to improve efficiency and collaboration.
* Cross-Functional Facilitation: Act as the bridge between APAC, EMEA, AMER, and global marketing functions.
* Performance Insights: Publish regular updates covering budget utilization, milestone progress, and risk visibility to help leadership make informed decisions.
