What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience operating Bobcat/Skid Steer machinery (asphalt or civil experience highly regarded)
* White Card and current Driver's Licence (HR Licence an advantage)
* Ability to assist the crew with general asphalt and labouring tasks when required
* Sound knowledge of equipment operation, safety standards, and asphalt processes
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well in a team
* Relevant tickets such as Traffic Control and First Aid are an advantage

What You'll Do:
* Operate Bobcat/Skid Steer safely and efficiently across asphalt and civil works projects
* Load, spread, and level asphalt and materials
* Perform pre-start checks and basic maintenance of plant and equipment
* Assist the crew with general site and asphalt works when needed
* Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
