The Joint Parliamentary Service Committee is a key advisory body within the Parliament. It consists of senior representatives from both Houses and provides strategic oversight to the Joint Parliamentary Service.
The Office of the Executive Officer drives the overall direction of the Joint Parliamentary Service, including setting organisational strategy, implementing improvements, and engaging with other leadership roles within the Parliament.

Job Description
* Provide administrative support to the Joint Parliamentary Service Committee, including preparing meeting materials and taking minutes.
* Manage correspondence, including quality assurance checks for responses to parliamentary committees and Members of Parliament.
* Conduct minor research and project work as required.
* Diary management, including monitoring and responding to urgent enquiries on behalf of the Executive Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Secretariat support for the Joint Parliamentary Service Committee and Management Advisory Committee.
* Correspondence management, including incoming and outgoing mail.
* Research and project work as required.
* Diary management and issue resolution.
