Position Overview
The Bureau's Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EMPO) is part of the Strategy Program within the Enterprise Services Group. It provides enterprise-wide coordination, strategic guidance, and support across the Bureau's project, program, and portfolio management activities.
The EPMO Portfolio Systems Coordinator supports the operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Bureau's project and portfolio management systems, including Microsoft Project Online, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate & Power Apps).
This role enables project delivery by maintaining and governing digital environments that underpin the Bureau's project lifecycle – ensuring data accuracy, workflow reliability, and compliance with enterprise portfolio standards.
The position provides technical configuration, governance support, and user enablement. The role contributes to the refinement of system processes, assists with user training, and promotes consistent, high-quality data practices across the EPMO.
This position reports to the Portfolio Systems Lead within the EPMO.
