Position Requirements
* Comprehensive understanding or the ability to acquire knowledge of student residence operations and issues that affect the personal and social life of University students and residents.
* Comprehensive knowledge or ability to acquire a comprehensive knowledge of legislation, regulations and policy governing student residences within the context of a university.
* Basic team leadership skills, including experience with student conflict resolution and mentoring.
* Strong communication skills demonstrated through the provision of effective advice and positive dealings with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds.
