Wayne Phillis Kia, Adelaide's most awarded Kia Dealership is looking to grow our vibrant team due to overwhelming demand for our Kia Brand in our used car department. The successful, energetic applicant would need to have proven previous sales experience together with a desire to succeed and commit to continual learning and demonstrate the ability to offer outstanding customer service.
Located on Main South Road at Reynella (commonly known as the car strip) and showcasing the rapidly growing Kia Brand, Wayne Phillis Kia has been awarded Adelaide's #1 Kia dealer for the last 8 years.
This great opportunity for a motivated sales professional with high volume traffic and loads of repeat and referred customers with opportunities to consistently sell 20 cars EVERY month combined with an outstanding bonus system. Success in this role would see you earn well in excess of $115k per annum, including superannuation and a fully maintained company car.

Our sales team is supported by a concierge and delivery coordinator, managing post sale and prior delivery customer communication, leaving more quality time to concentrate on selling MORE cars.

Be able to follow the Companies processes and systems

Have a clear police record
Hold a current SA drivers license
In-house training provided

The successful applicant will enjoy a substantial retainer negotiable based on experience plus commission together with a fully maintained company vehicle. Also on offer is a guaranteed minimum salary for the first three months.
