You will work closely with our Community Banking model, which operates on a shared revenue approach that reinvests profits directly into the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive branch growth through leadership and strategic planning
* Coach and develop competencies in your team
* Prioritize business performance through tracking KPIs and creating strategic plans
* Work closely with the Community Bank board to build and nurture community relationships
* Lead by example, prioritizing the customer experience
