About the Role
You will maintain client network infrastructure, handle second-line support for moderate complexity incidents, monitor systems, and resolve technical issues to restore client services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide second-level support to network-related incidents.
* Proactively monitor network performance and integrity.
* Perform operational tasks to resolve incidents in compliance with Service Level Agreements.
* Lead client escalations for operational issues.
* Audit and analyse incidents for quality assurance and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in network support with an IT Managed Service Provider.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of networking protocols.
* General understanding of network security technologies and architectures.
