We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at the Toongabbie Hotel in Sydney.
About the Role:
* Support and assist the Venue Manager with leading teams, recruitment and training staff.
* Develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time.
* Manage day-to-day operations of the Venue - opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guests.
* Promote good food and create moments that matter for our guests.
* Cultivate new initiatives to grow the business.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated management experience within the hospitality industry.
* Predominantly gaming experience, ideally working across food, bars, and gaming.
* Ability to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled team.
* Operational experience to achieve financial targets.
* Highly developed customer service skills.
* Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
* Marketing knowledge is a plus, but not necessary.
