Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Graduate with 1-2 years' experience in a Business Analyst or client facing IT role looking for the next step in their career.
You will be a highly motivated individual who loves to learn, have fun, and can both work independently and thrive in a team. As our platform is no-code, we do not require specific programming knowledge, however knowledge in configuring and requirements elicitation for no-code platforms is highly regarded.
This role will provide you the ability to:
Be engaged in all aspects of a client relationship - including eliciting user requirements, no-code platform configuration, training, and support managementBuild, implement, and support solutions for our clientsWork in project teams to ensure the smooth execution of deliverablesPerform Quality Assurance and create documentationUnderstand customer requirements and business objectivesProvide training assistance with new and existing customersManage requests for assistance through the help desk
As you progress you can:
Assist national sales representatives in the Asia/Pacific region with product knowledge and planning support for new projectsProvide product development advice to a global R&D teamDevelop leadership and mentoring skills
About you:

Bachelor of IT and/or Bachelor of Business degree or any dual degree with IT1-2 years' experience in a similar IT or Business client facing roleAustralian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian permanent residentHave logical reasoning and problem-solving skills to find the most optimal solution for the clientSelf-starter willing to seek out answers and create solutions to problemsStrong time management and prioritisation skillsAvailable to travel throughout Australia and New ZealandAbility to work within a variety of teams while having autonomyStrong, engaging communication skills Good presentation and communication skills
