We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to provide person-centered services to our customers.
This role involves working with individuals with varying support needs, including seniors, people on the mental health recovery journey, and those living with disability.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a proactive approach to customer safety and well-being.
 * Certificate III Individual Support - Aged Care or Disability, or other relevant qualification
 * Experience working with diverse customer groups
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 * Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing customer needs
 * Current Australian Drivers Licence with no restrictions
 * Reliable and roadworthy motor vehicle to travel to customers' homes
 * Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance and registration
 * NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply for one prior to commencing employment)
 * Current First Aid Certificate with 12 months or less currency
Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide tailored support services to customers in their homes
 * Assist customers with daily living activities and domestic assistance
 * Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure seamless customer care
 * Participate in regular training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
