**Job Description: Victorian Operations Manager at Pinot and Picasso**
Pinot & Picasso ANZ are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Victoria Company Studios Manager to join our Head Office team.
Looking for enthusiasm and someone possessing a 'can do' attitude. Your proven operational knowledge and business experience will be central to your ability to successfully lead our teams to achieve desired outcomes.
Excellent communication and administration skills, initiative, self motivation and the ability to think strategically, act operationally and engage your team are essential.
This role incorporates the management of two Pinot & Picasso Company Stores, including but not limited to Geelong and South Yarra locations
**Hours: Part time 30 hrs**
**Reimbursement: $26.18 hourly rate (less applicable tax) + bonus structure**
**Expectations**:
- Monday - Friday work, 6 hours a day.
- Hybrid Role - Must be located in Geelong Area with the ability to travel to South Yarra location fortnightly for site visits
- Attending Weekly meetings
- Conduct monthly reporting
- Lead the Studio Leaders in overseeing the running of the studios
- Meet set KPIs from the Head Office.

**The role of the Operations Manager is to oversee their territory in the following aspects**:

The duties and responsibilities for this role are listed under their respective areas as follows:
**Customer Service**
- Ensuring sessions are organised weekly and each studio has a mixture of standard, specialty, theme, private, corporate and pop up sessions every week
- Web management, refunds and rescheduling customers where necessary.
**Business Growth and operations**
- Managing the day to day operations of the listed Veuve Ventures studios through communication with the Studio Leader's
- Consistently organising partnerships and events within each territory. Includes pop up partnerships, brand collaborations and activations.
- Working towards OKRs with the focus of growing the brand and studio revenue
- Working alongside the HQ team to increase sales and development of the brand within your territory
- From time to time be required to work in studio as an artist
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit
- and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management across Victorian
- and NZ company studios
**Marketing**
- Work alongside the Marketing team to incorporate strategies for all areas of marketing
- Implement and further marketing strategies to increase sales in your area
- Implement weekly organic social media posts
- Engage with local influencers to have them apart of sessions regularly
- Continue to engage all postcodes of each territory though Local Area Marketing
- Manage social media accounts for studios
**Leadership**
- Lead the studio leaders to ensure their teams are strong, well equipped and
- qualified for the role
- Building cultivating and growing the team
- Support store team recruitment and performance management,
- including development of recruitment materials, performance
- measurement metric etc
