How You'll Make an Impact
Diagnose & define: Rapidly understand business challenges and frame clear problem statements and outcomes.
Translate needs: Turn stakeholder objectives into sharp, testable functional and non-functional requirements.
Design the future state: Map current vs. future processes, identify integration points, and simplify complexity.
Facilitate momentum: Lead workshops, interviews, and playback sessions that align decisions and unlock delivery.
Enable delivery: Partner with IT and business teams to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions land smoothly.
De-risk & optimize: Surface risks, gaps, and opportunities early; recommend pragmatic fixes and improvements.
Assure quality: Shape test approaches and support UAT to validate what matters most to end users.
What You'll Bring
Breadth of BA experience across varied projects (systems, process, operational uplift, data/reporting).
Hands-on toolkit: Process mapping, requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement, business case input.
Integration savvy: Able to understand multi-system environments and data flows without getting lost in the weeds.
Delivery discipline: Agile or hybrid experience; comfortable working from discovery through go-live.
Influence & clarity: Strong facilitation and communication skills; able to align technical and non-technical teams.
Vendor engagement: Experience contributing to solution evaluation and vendor management when required.
Tools you know: Visio, JIRA, Confluence (or similar).
Change &b>Practical understanding of change management principles and UAT execution.
Ownership: Operates independently, prioritises effectively, and gets things done in fast-paced settings.
