About The Role

As a Guest Services Host, your main responsibility will be to provide warm welcomes and efficient check-in services to our guests. You will also assist with managing cash handling, operating EFTPOS systems and maintaining accurate records throughout your shift.

* Engage with guests upon arrival in a friendly, welcoming manner
* Facilitate guest entry at the front gate
Skills And Qualifications
We are looking for people who have excellent communication skills as well as being able to work under pressure during busy periods. It would also be beneficial if applicants could handle difficult conversations professionally.
