About the role
We are seeking two experienced Customer Service Officers to join our dynamic team on a fixed term, full-time basis, based in Kyneton. As part of Council’s front-line customer experience, these roles are critical in shaping how our community connects with services every day. You will deliver responsive, professional and high-quality service across face-to-face, phone and digital channels, assisting with enquiries, service requests and payments. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in ensuring every interaction is positive, efficient and aligned with our Customer Service Charter, while building strong knowledge across a broad range of Council services.

You are a motivated and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, front-line environment and enjoys working with people. You bring strong communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities, along with experience in a customer service setting and confidence using systems and technology. You are adaptable, proactive and a team player who is committed to delivering positive outcomes for the community.
