Working for a growing, boutique wholesaler based in Canning Vale, looking for a skilled and experienced Butcher to join the team. Seeking a passionate individual who appreciates quality, premium meat, strong work ethic, and a deep knowledge of meat cuts, preparation, and presentation techniques.
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified Butcher
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality service
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of and adherence to safety standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the butchery area
* Understand HACCP guidelines and procedures
